Copyright Policy

Stitching Hobbit’s service is limited to perform conversion of provided image into a format that is readable by computerized embroidery machines to sew on fabric –or– into vector based data file only for the customer. The customer will be the sole owner and responsible for the copyrights of provided image and its use. We only charge for the conversion of provided file into embroidery file or vector file.

We will not sell or share the file to any other customer nor shall we own this artwork. However, we may show preview image of the same on our website as an example of a conversion – job performed by Stitching Hobbit.
 

Refund Policy

We are a professional service and we charge for our work. We do not offer refunds, however, editing service would be available free of cost until the customer is completely satisfied.

Please note that free editing is subject to the following conditions:
1. The file is not different from the one originally sent for the job.
2. Free edits should be claimed within 29 days after we send you the completed job.
 

Privacy Policy

Information we gather from you remains strictly confidential with us and under no circumstances revealed to any third party except where required by Law for legal proceedings.

Customer’s files are deleted from our computers after 35 days a job is closed.
 

Payments

Payments made to Stitching Hobbit are processed by 2Checkout.com Inc. (Ohio, USA),
we do not charge your credit card directly, nor is any information regarding your credit card or Paypal account revealed to us by 2checkout.com
